I purchased these products online which were NOT what I ordered online. Even the merchant acknowledged that they did not send me the right products, false advertised and that they don’t even hold the products in store to send me a replacement.
I asked them for a refund or to at least send me what I ordered which they refused, offering me a 20% refund or for me to pay for the shipping & freight costs overseas (which is their way of trying to get me to not send the products back and receive a full refund, as they’re aware of them scamming me). Would I be able to dispute these charges with my bank over the evidence I have? In our email correspondents, they’re acknowledging all of the claims I’m making against them.
