Scammer got my email, phone #, and address. What can they do with it? What should I do?

I know about mail forwarding, but how would i prevent that and what else could they do with that info?

There’s nothing needed to be done. Everybody’s information is sold by info brokers to anyone who will pay. Scammers buy those lists, and sell them between each other as well. Your address and phone number will be in any number of those “people finder” databases that can be accessed by anyone. Emails are also included in some of those pages.

You worry if you give out banking information, credit card information, SSN, or other sensitive information.

Someone posted my credit card number, expiration, security code, social security number, birthdate, address, phone number, etc. online. I have no idea where they got it all from.

There were a 120 attempts to use my card # all over the world. From Florida, France, Austria, Australia, etc. I did a Google search on my then dead number and found the website. I asked them to remove the info and they did.

That was years ago and I haven’t had any problems so far.
