Sent a girl a zelle for content, did not get anything in return. Can i file a “fraud” claim, do i have any recourse? Or am i out of luck

Long story short this girl promised “x” in return for “y”. I sent x and got ghosted, do i have grounds for a fraud claim or literally any way to recover funds? These girls are straight up evil out here, be careful

You can kiss “y” goodbye if “x” concerns acts not legal in your jurisdication.

P.S i’m sure you meant, sent “y” and not ‘x’.

  3. No, transaction aren’t rollback-able Zelle/Venmo/Cashapp is for trusted individuals **ONLY**. You have no recourse, use PayPal as goods and service next time

  4. You can sue her in civil court (if you want to know more about that, then post back).

Alternatively, if you think that Regulation E applies to your situation, then you can try to claim to your bank that Regulation E applies (if this works, then post back ).

You can look into what u/FraudGoodMan had to say about Regulation E (report back if this works or doesn’t work for you):

Make her Number public and spread her at all sites at the Internet.

You can give her number also to the sites, they call her for car warranty, cryptomining and other shit.
